The Vision Summit is a 4-day, 3-night live event that will take place in the Cascade mountains near Seattle, Washington from June 28th to July 1st.
Last year, every single attendee told us it was a life-changing experience.
There are 2 reasons why every single Momentum Lab participant should come to this event:
- Make a Breakthrough: Make massive progress on your 25-Year Vision while in Seattle
- Scale Accountability: 10x your commitment, motivation, and accountability towards your 25-Year Vision
I’ll explain each of these in a little more detail, and then I’ll share some details about what daily life at the Vision Summit will be like.
#1 Make a Breakthrough
Every long-term practice, whether it’s meditation or tennis or marketing, has long periods of hard work punctuated by occasional flashes of rapid progress.
We spend most of our time in The Grind, and many of Momentum Lab’s tools – like Accountability, Capturing the Wins, and The Chain of Inspiration – are aimed at helping us fall in love with The Grind.
Because hating the grind does not help us achieve our goals.
But as much as I know the power of Loving the Grind, personally, I need more than just The Grind.
I need inspiration.
I need to feel massive progress.
I need Breakthroughs.
And Breakthroughs can be cultivated.
The Vision Summit provides a point in space and time for Breakthroughs to happen.
Travel. Community. Inspiring Conversation. Challenging Ideas. Music. Our collected intellectual and creative firepower at your disposal.
All of these factors are conducive to a life-changing peak experience.
Here’s how we’re going to do it:
First, we identify what could unleash The Next Level of your progress towards your 25-Year Vision.
For some of you, it might be something concrete, like:
“I want to film all the ads and messaging around my new course”
For others, it might be more internal:
“I need permission to unearth what I actually want to do, and stop all my bullsh*t hedging and pretending”
Whatever it is, step one is to identify it. You’ll do this after signing up but before arriving at the summit (and we’ll help you if you don’t already know).
Then Matt, Nate, and myself will work with you to architect the perfect conditions for The Breakthrough.
If the project is filming ads, Matt would bring his cameras and tripods and lights, and we would film those ads for you at the Vision Summit with Nate as your on-camera acting coach.
If the project is to stop hiding and kidding yourself, I’ll work with you 1:1 in the weeks leading up to the summit to design the safest possible container for you to do exactly that.
Finally, when you leave The Vision Summit and go back to The Real World, you’ll have the perfect container to hold onto your insights week after week: Momentum Lab.
Because that’s the flaw in most striving for Peak Experiences and Breakthroughs and Miraculous Transformation: there’s no container to integrate that momentary change.
You don’t have that problem. You have Momentum Lab.
Last year’s Vision Summit participants enjoyed the fruits of their experiences in Seattle for MONTHS afterwards, because they were already in an intentional integration container.
No mortal can guarantee a Breakthrough: But we can Stack The Deck to maximize our likelihood of experiencing one.
#2 Scale Accountability
Accountability is a key component of Momentum Lab. Every week we leverage the Power of Our Word to achieve our goals.
The more your share out loud, and the clearer your sharing is, the more likely you’ll actually do it.
But there’s another factor in the equation besides clarity: Connection.
The more mutual connection and respect you have, the more you will feel the Weight of your Words, and the more likely you are to feel the benefits of Accountability.
At the beginning of Momentum Lab, most people feel a connection of that sort with the program leaders. As time goes on and your knowledge of your fellow participants grows, so does your respect for and connection with the group, leading to stronger accountability.
The Vision Summit puts you in a position to witness the other participants in an extremely rare and powerful situation: moments of inspiration and vulnerability most adults will never experience with someone outside of their family.
Even better, because of all the work and skill required to Make a Breakthrough, your presence will almost certainly be critical to somebody else’s Breakthrough. That kind of deep, reciprocal participation in somebody else’s life is virtually unheard of outside of dorm-life and trenches.
And all that increased inter-being, that visceral sense of how our goals and successes are mutually interdependent, is going to show up in your accountability every week, and your progress every quarter.
Life At the Summit
Making a Breakthrough and Scaling Accountability are the two reasons every Momentum Lab participant should attend this event.
But Momentum Lab is a holistic program, and we will be hitting high notes in Every Area of Life.
Relaxation. Fun. Comfort. Adventure. Connection. Bear Hugs. Music.
The scene of our adventure together is Rainbow Lodge.
Rainbow Lodge is a gorgeous timber-framed retreat center with soaring skylights, giant stone fireplaces, and private rooms full of natural light.
It’s located just 45 minutes from Seattle, in the Cascade Mountains, at the foot of imposing Mt. Si.
We’ll be surrounded by towering conifers, freezing rivers, and breathtaking snow-capped mountains.
From the moment you arrive at Rainbow Lodge, you will enjoy:
- Delicious, nutritious food hand-crafted by a private chef who’ll be on site for the entire event. (Last year the chef and kitchen staff went above and beyond, serving us incredible fresh meals three times a day as well as delicious desserts and fun snacks for our work sessions. Just the food will be worth the trip.)
- 40 acres of pristine forest full of walking trails and babbling brooks.
- The highest-quality produce from my friends’ organic farms. You will enjoy some of the freshest, most flavorful fruits and vegetables you have ever had in your entire life, no joke.
- The most powerful herbs from multiple ancient medicinal traditions blended into a jing-building freight train of a smoothie Matt has developed based on over a decade of research.
- Additional hand-crafted superfood drinks and treats straight from Nate’s repertoire.
- An incredible selection of organic green and black teas.
- I will also be continuing my multi-year ritual of making incredibly delicious freshly-milled 100% whole-wheat sourdough every morning, and welcome anybody who is interested to join me and bake for our fellow heroes
Beyond physical comfort, we’re placing careful attention on emotional safety:
- I’ll shower you with mystical poetry, music, and oxytocin-inducing hugs.
- Nate will ground us in Morning Miracles from his personal stash of tricks that help him navigate high-intensity moments with focus and grace.
- I’ll leverage the best of the Relationship Module so you have a deep experience of feeling seen, heard, and honored.
- If you have any questions, concerns, or needs at any point during The Summit, we’ll be on hand to support you with whatever you need so you can fully immerse yourself in the practices, workshops, and conversations.
- You’ll be invited to share your authentic self – your smile, your wisdom, your brilliance – with everyone else in the safe space we’ll create together at the retreat.
As we establish emotional safety, we’ll turn our focus to learning and connecting:
- We’ll mobilize to Make Dreams Happen based on the blueprint that every single attendee will arrive with (and have sent out in advance)
- Meet sides of your fellow ML heroes that you’ve never seen before – their secret powers and skills.
- Get ready for me to dissolve your layers of subtle armoring, shyness, or social anxiety so you effortlessly leap into a field of love, connection, and fun.
- We’ll transform our relationships with others by practicing self-compassion under the direction of one of my personal heroes (who will be joining us in-person for this extra-special session).
- We’ll guide you on a real, physical, adventure – and we’ll arrive back at our lodge exhausted and awe-inspired. (If you’ve spoken to last year’s attendees, you’ll know that this was a HUGE part of Vision Summit 1.)
The point is to take everything we’ve been doing in Momentum Lab – Purpose, Vision, and Uncommon Consistency within a Community of Excellence – and turn it up to 11.
It’s something we can only do in person.
In order to hit that goal, as my teacher Jayeshbhai often says:
“We need the head, the heart, and the hands.”
So we’ll be stimulating you intellectually, supporting you emotionally, and giving you opportunities to connect and contribute the entire time.
The Vision Summit is an intimate event with limited attendance (Rainbow Lodge only has 25 rooms).
At the moment we only have 7 slots left.
We used this same center last year and loved it. Rainbow Lodge is the perfect container for the depth of work we’ll be doing.
The two summits we organized last year had incredible results. If you’ve never attended one of my events, you’re in for a hell of a treat. I have 25 years of experience creating deep in-person connections at a level most people have never encountered – faster than they would have ever believed.
So how much does it cost?
The total price for the Summit is $2,250.
The price includes:
- 4 days and 3 nights with your fellow Momentum Lab heroes and the Momentum Lab team.
- A private room in a classic Pacific Northwest mountain lodge.
- Every meal prepared onsite by our private chef with incredible local ingredients.
- Participation in the entire Summit schedule.
- Direct access to Ank, Matt, and Nate throughout the retreat.
- Group transportation between Seattle and the retreat center
- Special guests on hand to share their wisdom and guidance from all Areas of Life.
- Exclusive Vision Summit swag for each participant (i.e. you’ll have proof you were there!).
All you need to do is make it to Seattle and clear your schedule. We’ll take care of the rest.
We’re committed to making this the best live in-person retreat you’ve ever attended. Let us know what you need to be 100% sure The Summit is for you.
